Beware of sheep on the road

In this region large flocks of sheep are transported to the mountain pastures in June. And in September, they return collectively to their home farms.

Summer skiing

The highest point on Suleskarvegen is 1050 m.a.s.l. In years with a lot of snow, you can put on your skis right next to the road and go for a skiing trip.

The snow will probably last until June. There are no marked ski trails and several places there may be open streams and water. Make a safe and secure trip according to your ability and experience and it can be a memorable experience.
